The writers are not allowed to post their stories until after the winner announcement to protect blind judging, so just give them a few hours to get their stories up 🙂 I know Nicholas and Apple Snake are posted so far, unsure about the others.

Thanks for the honourable mention. I definitely took a few liberties on the judging criteria for this one, so am not surprised I fell short of the top five this time around. In saying that the story I came up with is one of my new favourites among my short story catalogue. So worth any point deductions I might have copped.
I did have plans to bank my story for a later date, but seeing the quality of the other stories on here had me chomping at the bit. So here's my contribution, "Murder Ballad,"
